At Elements Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, your child will have the opportunity to learn from experienced instructors, gain a new self-confidence, meet new friends, and be part of a team that feels more like family. 

Elements of the Kids Program:

• Self Defense

• Understanding both grappling and throwing techniques

• Understanding how to apply their opponents weight to their advantage

• Learning to train as a team player and appreciate what can be learned from each teammate

• Personal attributes, including Self-Confidence Responsibility and Leadership

Elements is a family oriented academy and we pride ourselves in doing the very best we can for each child who walks through our doors. 

While we practice our finest points on the mat, we ask that our parents continue to encourage their children to do the very best they can be and to be proud and supportive of their training. 

Each child is different and will train at a different speed, pick up technique and apply it at a different rate.  So, while each lesson can appear to be rigorous, our kids give 100% of themselves each day and we are proud of every one of them for every small accomplishment they have made and are continuing to make. 

Combining our efforts at home, at school and on the mat, our kids will have the best foundations to be successful adults.
